Greek Yogurt and Raspberries

Greek Yogurt Topped with Raspberries

245g calories, 5g fat, 19g protein, 12g sugar

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, serve, and enjoy.

Plain Greek yogurt provides nearly double the amount of protein compared to regular yogurt with about the same number of calories.

Combine it with a cup of raspberries for a hint of sweetness and flax meal for healthy fats.
